I couldn’t resist… I was originally going to do panko crusted pork chops with taro mash and a tomato cumcumber salad, but I saw this bag of fry/bake mix called Da Salty Lady’s.
It looked good enough for me to get it and use it for my island fresh pork chops I’ll be baking tonight.

It looked good enough for me to get it and use it for my island fresh pork chops I'll be baking tonight. I would normal pan fry my pork chops but I forgot to get olive oil at KTA supermarket. So I am baking it.
Ingredients
- 2 Pork Chops
- 1 bag Da Salty Ladys
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350.
- Rinse the pork under water. Pat dry.
- Pour a fair amount of DSL on a plate and slap the pork chop with the "Gourmet Baking" mix.
- Sling it into the pre-heated oven and wait 30mins until bubbly and juicy.
I’ve tried the Zippy’s version on a chicken but it didn’t quite taste like the one they sell at their restaurants. How about this how did this taste to your pork chop?!?.
